Education

San College of Education is a Registered Training Organisation created to support the professional development of staff at Sydney Adventist Hospital (SAH) and the wider community. Established in 2003, the College provides tailored courses, workshops and accredited training to meet specific adult education needs, both for Hospital staff and members of the community.

Accredited Training

As a Registered Training Organization (RTO), the San College of Education offers competency-based, nationally accredited courses on a full and part time basis. Participants enrolled in and successfully completing the nominated courses graduate with a nationally recognised qualification.
   
San College of Education complies with the standards set by the Australian Qualifications Training Framework (AQTF). Accredited programs and individual modules from Certificate II, III and IV are offered throughout the year.

Courses and Workshops

If you're looking to upgrade your skills in the Health Care industry or interested in community health issues, the San College of Education offers a broad range of relevant, professionally tutored courses and workshops.

Enrolment

San College of Education accepts enrolments from any potential trainee. Some programs may have a limited number of vacancies and these will be filled in a chronological order upon completion of the enrolment form and full payment of any course fees (if applicable).

Recognition of Prior Learning

San College of Education recognises skills and knowledge gained through work, educational and other life experience. Credit for these skills and knowledge may be given by San College of Education towards courses it currently offers.
